Penny Neisen has joined Sheboygan Paint Company as process analytics and technology manager, responsible for leading and managing continuous improvement project portfolios, new product launches, and new technology implementation. She will manage and support quality performance of Sheboygan Paint’s R&D and manufacturing sites, providing insightful directive toward future digital analytics opportunities.
              
Neisen is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who has more than 10 years’ industry experience, including positions with PPG Industries and Sherwin-Williams.
